Shipping policy
How long will it take to get my order?
We usually ship within 1 business day of receipt of your order. In some situations it may take a bit longer. After arriving at the post office it can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive depending on distance. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Please do not contact us about non delivery before these estimated days. Delivery details and tracking numbers will be provided in your confirmation email. We ship by USPS unless another shipping option is available and selected on the checkout page.
Is free shipping available?
Free shipping is available for a minimum order value as currently indicted on front page and other places throughout the store. (Items shipped by third parties have their own shipping policies and may have free shipping.)
I did not get my package.
A full refund of the order will be made if the carrier does not show proof of delivery. It is your responsibility to review all your order and shipping information before finally placing the order. Failed delivery is often due to incorrect on the order. Please be cautious of "Porch Pirates" (people who steel packages from your property.) Watch for the postal carrier on the estimated day of delivery or use an alternative address where someone will be present to receive package.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are based on the current shipping rates of the carrier used for your order, USPS. You can view an estimate of shipping costs on the cart page during checkout. Click on "Estimate Shipping." A section will open where you can then enter your U.S. or Canada zip code. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the cart page before confirming or paying for your order. If for any reason the website is unable to access the chosen carrier's database for a quote, a table based on U.S. Post Office rates is consulted.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. You can get an estimate on shipping on the cart page before submitting your order. Shipping costs will be added at checkout. We do not ship to some countries due to poor delivery services, high fraud risk, or postal restrictions. Included but not limited to: Indonesia, Singapore.
WARNING - WE CANNOT GUARANTEE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY. Tracking numbers are not issued by the post office for non US and Canada packages. Therefore we cannot track them if you do not get your package. Furthermore, many international post offices are known to loose, damage, or return packages. If you do not get your order, trust that we send out all orders quickly and reliably. Check with your post office or international customs department. WE DO NOT RESEND LOST OR DAMAGED INTERANTIONAL ORDERS. Only If goods are returned to us by your customs department or as undeliverable will we refund according to our return policy.
WE DO NOT MARK SHIPMENTS AS GIFTS TO AVOID TAXES - It is against international postal law and carries stiff fines.
DUTY TAXES / CUSTOMS FEES - The customer is hereby notified that international customs departments may impose a duty or other taxes on imported goods. Payment of these charges are the responsibility of the customer. If the package is returned to us due to refusal to pay such fees, the terms of our return policy apply as stated in our return policy elsewhere on this site. Most countries will collect a customs clearance and delivery fee, in addition to duties and taxes. This fee is authorized by international postal agreements to reimburse the delivery service for the costs it incurs in clearing the items through customs and collecting duties at the time of delivery. These duties, taxes, and fees, if applicable, are not included in the postage paid on your invoice and is the responsibility of the receiving customer..
RETURN OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS DUE TO CUSTOMS RESTRICTIONS - It is the responsibility of the customer to refrain from ordering items that are restricted or prohibited from import to their country. If the package is returned to us due to customs importation restrictions, the terms of our return policy apply.
