You have 30 days after your order date to request a return.

SELF SERVE FREE RETURNS - NO NEED TO CALL US
On theGreaseShop.com, click on "My Account" in the upper right corner. On the profile page click on the orders tab. Click on the order containing the item you want to return or get a refund you will see a "Request return" button. Follow the prompts to select which products in an order you are returning. A return label will be mailed to you for shipping to either us or a third party supplier. Print out this label and attach it to your package and mail via USPS. Once the item is received by us or a third party supplier, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
TO BE ELIGIBLE TO MAKE A RETURN AND GAT A REFUND
Your item must be in resalable condition, unworn, or unused. It must be in its original packaging. For example, If you scooped out a hair dressing to try it, you will not get a refund. Do not return such items, we cannot resell them. Returns not accepted on clearance sale items.
IF ITEM CAME DAMAGED OR OTHER ISSUE THAT IS OUR FAULT OR THAT OF POSTAL CARRIER
You must contact us first (Contact info below) to make a request to resolve the issue and or make a refund. We will indicate if we want the item back or let you keep it depending on its value and condition. If we request a return then we will send you a FREE postage paid return label. In some cases we may ask that you use the self serve returns feature if the item shipped from a third party supplier.
RETURN OF ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THE NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION AS DESCRIBED ABOVE
You must contact us first (Contact info below) to make a return, we will indicate if we want the item back or let you keep it depending on its value and condition. If we request a return then we will send you a FREE postage paid return label. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a full refund including the original postage paid. No returns, refunds, or exchanges on Clearance Sale items.
INCLUDE ORDER IDENTIFICATION WITH RETURN PACKAGE:
You must inclose in the return box a copy of the original invoice (or at lease provide a date, order number, customer name) so we can identify the order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is completed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
When we receive the returned item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
